Firstly, you must stop thinking that you are not an aspect of the environment - you're not a separate piece.  The Earth is a sphere - 360°. The Earth spins on degree 67. 

     Before I get into the specifics, I will give you the spins that make up magnetic north, magnetic south, vertical lift, vertical lower, sound reception, and sound transmission. The magnetic north is degree 157°; its opposite is 180° more. Vertical lift - what every space adventurer wants since the fantasies of it appeared decades ago.  Like magnetic north, vertical lift's opposite is 180° degrees forward. The vertical lift? It is a sub-degree of the degree of the 360° of the Earth: 68° Sound transmission and sound reception are degrees 157° and 337°.

     Now, teleportation. It is simple. Take a degree of the Earth, for destination, multiply it by 239.3446959116, then subtract the result from 86164.09053 to get the new sum. With it, you simply calculate it down: 24 hours, 60 minutes, and 60 seconds - to get the electron spin. This gives you the spin rate per second for your destination degree. You then calculate the rate in which you want the electron to travel, multiple that by the area that you want the electrons to take up when the reach their destination, and then you calculate the distance of your target (by inches). - Regarding space directional travel, a minimum slow speed, use the degree direction multiplied by 100,000.
